1. How long does it take to get my order?

  • Orders placed between Wednesday and Saturday will be available for pick up & Delivery on the following Monday. 
  • Orders placed between Sunday and Tuesday will be available for pick up & Delivery on the following Thursday.

2. What is best way to enjoy Financier

  • For a crunchy outside and moist inside, reheat in an oven or air fryer at 375°F for 3 minutes, let rest for 5 minutes, then serve.

  • For a moist texture, keep at room temperature.
  • For a chewy texture, freeze immediately after purchase and let sit at room temperature for 3-5 minutes before serving.

 

    3. What drink pairs best with a Financier?

    • Espresso / Americano: Try it with our Plain Financier for a classic pairing.

    • Pour Over: Nut Financiers enhance the nutty, roasted flavors of pour-over coffee while highlighting its fruity and floral notes.
    • Latte: A perfect match with our Chocolate or Matcha Financier, adding a touch of sweetness to the creamy latte.
    • Tea: Matcha and Earl Grey Financiers pair wonderfully with green or black tea, and even with Hojicha.
    • Champagne: Plain Financier complements the refreshing quality of Champagne, adding a rich flavor without overpowering it.

     

      4. How long is the freshness period for Financier?

      • The freshness period for financiers is 3 days at room temperature / 2 weeks in the freezer. If you prefer long-term storage, we recommend freezing the product in an airtight bag as soon as you receive it.

      5. Do you have Vegan, gluten-free, or nut-free option?

      • We do not offer a vegan option, as the main ingredient is butter made from cow's milk.
      • Currently, we do not have gluten-free or nut-free products. However, we plan to introduce these options in the future. We will share updates on our Instagram and website once our recipes are finalized and ready for tasting!
